Media Training

Media training with an interviewer who doesn't let you off the hook

Media training works because you rehearse under pressure. autopodi gives you a journalist who asks the awkward follow-up — whenever you need to practise, as many times as you like.

The problem

Professional media training is valuable but expensive and infrequent. Most people walk into an interview having rehearsed only in their head.

How autopodi helps

Choose Challenge Me or Push Me Hard and describe the interview: the topic, the outlet, the questions you dread. autopodi interviews you, notices when you dodge and asks again. Afterwards you see how you came across, with exact moments to replay.

Who it's for

  • Spokespeople and executives
  • Founders facing press
  • Experts appearing on radio, TV or podcasts

Frequently asked questions

Is this a replacement for a professional media trainer?

It's practice, not a substitute for expert advice on a crisis. Many people use it to rehearse between sessions with a trainer.

Does it judge my body language?

Only observable behaviour such as looking away or moving a lot — never emotions or honesty.

Is my conversation public?

No. Everything you record is private to your account. Nothing is ever published automatically — you choose what to edit, export and share, and autopodi only features your clips in its marketing if you opt in, and you can delete a recording, a transcript or a whole conversation at any time.
