What we collect

Your email and name; the voice or video recordings you make; their transcripts, scores, coaching tips, positions you state and content we generate from them; and basic usage events (for example, a session started).

Why

To run your conversations, transcribe and score your answers, create your clips and content, remember your past positions, and keep track of your monthly minutes. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who processes it

Your data is stored on our secure hosting provider. Your words are sent to AI providers to generate questions, speech and transcripts. Recordings are private to you and only shared if you download or post them yourself, or ask for a clip to be featured.

Your rights

You can delete individual positions in your Library, and delete your whole account from your Profile at any time. Deleting your account permanently removes your recordings, transcripts and content. Under UK GDPR you can also ask for a copy of your data or correct it.
